EVENT INFORMATION DATES Friday, July 26-Sunday, July 28 GOVERNED BY United States Tennis Association (USTA) RULES & ELIGIBILITY United States Tennis Association (USTA) DIVISIONS OR AGE GROUPS Juniors (Boys/Girls Singles & Doubles): 10-under, 12-under, 14-under, 16-under, 18-under Adults (Men’s/Women’s Singles & Doubles): 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, Open Junior Mixed Doubles: 12-under, 14-under, 16-under, 18-under Open Mixed Doubles FORMAT Players may register for one singles and one doubles event. Players are not allowed to register for multiple age events. If you would like to switch events please email the tournament director directly or withdraw your registration online and re-register in a different age division. Matches will be played using No-Ad scoring. Single matches are best of three sets with a match tiebreaker in lieu of 3rd set (first to 10 points and ahead by 2). Doubles & Mixed Doubles matches are a pro-set. First to eight games and ahead by two. If tied at 8-all a seven point tiebreaker is played. All players must check-in with the tournament desk a minimum of thirty minutes before their scheduled match. Singles events will be played first on each day followed by doubles unless otherwise designated. Draws will be posted by Thursday, July 25 with specific times on the USTA registration link provided. Chairs are allowed in designated areas only. PARKING Free parking at all facilities. Parking for the Texas A&M facilities will be located in lot 100D. Additional parking located in lot 97.
