TAAF SPORTS

To participate in a T.A.A.F. Sport, a team must be registered through a T.A.A.F. Member (city parks & recreation department or an affiliate member) with the T.A.A.F. State Office. Details and registration can be found using the button below.

To participate in a T.A.A.F. Youth Sport role, all coaches must submit to and pass a background check.

The Texas Amateur Athletic Federation (TAAF), celebrating its 100-year anniversary this year, is dedicated to promoting amateur athletics and sportsmanship across the state. TAAF provides opportunities for athletes of all ages and skill levels to participate in a variety of sports, fostering community engagement and healthy competition. The organization hosts events in sports like swimming, track and field, and gymnastics, alongside others such as basketball, soccer, and tennis.
