Open to USAPL members ages 8+ up

DIVISIONS:
Age & weight classes per USAPL 
Women (kg): 43, 47,52,57,63,72,84, SHW
Men (kg): 53, 59,66,74,83,93, 105, 120, SHW
 

SCHEDULE & FORMAT:
Session 1: 7:00 - 8:30 a.m. Equipment check & weigh-ins
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Lifting (awards to follow)

Session 2: 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. Equipment check & weigh-ins
2:00 - 7:00 p.m. Lifting

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
Saturday, December 21, 2019
Entries received after December 21 will be assessed a $25 late fee (total entry fee will be $100) Please email or call before sending late entries
 

ENTRY FEE:
$75 for first division: $25 for each additional division
