Warm‐ups will take place prior to the beginning of each session. Warm-up schedule will be provided to coaches at the coaches meeting. Athletes will need to report to the heating area when event is called. No parents or coaches allowed in heating area!

Friday: 8:30 a.m. Session 2 Boys 9-10 & 15-17 2 p.m. Session 3 Girls 9-10 & 15-17 Saturday: 8:30 a.m. Session 4 Men 18+, Boys 8-under 2 p.m. Session 5 Women 18+, Girls 8-under Sunday: 8:30 a.m. Session 6 Boys 11‐14 FACILITY RULES At no time will any coach or parent be allowed to stand behind the starting blocks or have access to the heating/event area. Only coaches and athletes are allowed on deck during the meet. We ask that every spectator please be respectful to each other and event staff. At no time will you be allowed to save seats. Athlete badges will allow access to the deck and spectator seating during the sessions the athlete is competing in only. All athletes and participants must clear the facility between sessions. ENTRY FEE $7/event FACILITY LOCATION A&M Student Recreation Center Natatorium 797 Olsen Blvd, College Station, TX 77845 ADMISSION $7/session or $35/6 sessions PRE-SALE TICKETS Pre-sale tickets will be available to purchase through July 20. Wristbands will be available for pick-up at the Swimming Venue “Will Call” on July 26-29. A photo ID will be required for pick-up. Wristbands will NOT be mailed and refunds/exchanges will not be granted for any reason. WILL CALL SCHEDULE Thu., July 26 | 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Fri.-Sat., July 27-28 | 6:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Sun., July 29 | 6:30-10 a.m. AMENITIES On-site concessions will be available. No outside food/drink or chairs allowed inside the facility. PARKING Free parking will be located down the street from the Student Recreation Center in lots 100j and 97. Paid parking is located across the street from the Student Recreation Center in 100g and the West Campus Parking garage. Parking tags not required.
