EVENTS:
           USATT Rating Events / Non-Rating Events (see entry form for divisions) 

RULES:
           USATT rules govern play.  Matches are 3 out of 5 games to 11.

EQUIPMENT:
           Premium 3 star 40mm Orange Balls will be used on 16 butterfly match rollaway tables.

ENTRY FEES:
           Rating Events:  1 event= $29;  2=$43;  3= $52;  4=$62
          Non-Rating Events:  1 event= $20;  2=$28;  3=$35
 
DEADLINE:
           All entries must be postmarked by January 7, 2015.
          Limited space is available at a first come first served basis! 
 
ADMISSION:
           Free
 
AWARDS:
           Singles - Under 2400: 1st $100, 2nd $50
           Open Singles Class A: 1st $350, 2nd $225, 3rd $125
           Open Doubles Class A: 1st $100, 2nd $50
           Winners of all other divisions will receive medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
 
ADVANCEMENT:      
           All participants finishing 1st, 2nd or 3rd in their level will be eligible to compete in the
           State Games of America taking place in Lincoln, Nebraska July 28- August 2, 2015.
