FORMAT:
           16-team Adult COED Division (space is limited to 16 teams only)
          $1,000 CASH PAYOUT Tournament
          3 Pool play Games + Single Elimination Playoff Brackets
          5 inning / 35-minute game; count begins at 2-1 (fouls count as strikes)
          11-person field defense (WAKA based)
          Female score counts as 2 runs
          2 Paid Referees per field (Home & 1st Base) 
 
RULES:
           K365 Rulebook for general rules
          K365 Ball for initial tournament 
 
AWARDS:
          Winners of each division will receive medals for 1st, and 2nd place.
          Individual MVP awards will be given.

          for more information. Cost is $35 per player.  Each team must turn in signed waiver at tournament registration.
