Background Check Process

In order to complete the background process you must submit a background check using the appropriate category below.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Background checks are $16 
  • Any background check submitted for swim and track 2025 regionals and/or Games of Texas will not be eligible for a coaches pass or for a refund for any submitted background checks after June 30, 2025.
  • Unattached Athletes do NOT receive coaches passes and therefore do not need background checks.
