The NFL Punt, Pass & Kick is a national competition that gives boys and girls, ages 6-15, an opportunity
to feature their punting, passing and place kicking abilities.

There will be five age groups: 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, and 14-15 with boys and girls competing separately.
(Age is determined as of December 31 of the current year).

Local competitions are hosted by your local Parks and Recreation Departments during the summer months into September.
Winners from each local competition will advance to Sectionals in October.
Team Championships, which are conducted by each National Football League Team, will be in November & December.
A National Championship is then held in January at a Divisional Playoff game.
