• Major League Baseball:



  • Pitch Hit & Run is the Official Skills Competition of Major League Baseball. This program is a FREE nationalcompetitionthat gives boys and girls, ages 7-14, the opportunity to feature their pitching, hitting and running abilities.
  • There are four age groups: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, and 13-14 across two divisions; Baseball and Softball.
  • Local competitions are hosted by any youth organization during the months of February, March, April and early May.
  • Winners from each local competition will advance to Sectionals in May where the winners are eligible to advance to the Team Championships hosted by each Major League Baseball Team.
  • The National Finals is then held at the Major League Baseball All-Star game.
